All international orders are processed by Polish Postal Service. After purchase you will receive an email with the tracking number and website link.

Dispatch time depends on the stock status of the product:

• in stock: 3 working days
• pre-order: 10 working days

Shipping time depends on the carrier and is beyond our responsibility. We ship with Polish Postal Service registered letter with priority service. The shipping time according to the Polish Postal Service is:

• 5 calendar days for European Union destinations
• 10 calendar days for other destinations

We are a small workshop and most of our products is made in-house in small batches or as a pre-order. This means we will ship all the items that are in stock in first-in-first-out fashion, while the products that are not in stock require some time to be made. Please keep that in mind while ordering and remember it is almost impossible to guarantee delivery time, especially we can't promise you to get your order before Christmas. If you want your order to be shipped fast, make sure you choose products that are on our shelves.

Our Watermelon Program is designed to let you use our experience and skills to help Ukraine while buying our products. Your purchases will finance winter accessories for Armed Forces of Ukraine and Ukrainian citizens in need. These products will be made in bigger batches with our local sewing partners and their production won't affect the fulfillment of your order. We are launching the Watermelon Program in hope of helping our Ukrainian neighbors as good as we can and while doing so we have no idea of the scale of the project. If the project gets a lot of momentum, there is a chance the lead times of retail products will get longer - we will keep you informed the best we can.

For international orders, please also note that customs clearance is different in every country and that you may be charged additional fees, tariffs, and brokerage fees on top of postage charges. These additional charges are your responsibility.
